Background
In 2022, PPC launched the Founder & Leader Academy which was specifically developed to help our portfolio companies maintain peak performance through better management of change and adversity. To limit the barriers of potential impact, we have made this training open to the public for all companies.
The Academy provides instruction that is efficient, actionable, and applicable in a variety of scenarios and contexts. The Academy integrates psychological and organizational principles to improve the overall performance of founders, business leaders, teams, and organizations.
This system is effective in teaching high-functioning individuals how to manage change/adversity, regain control, and maintain performance. The Academy trains leaders and entire organizations to better manage challenges as they aspire towards growth.
